Hoo-hah!



Right... this is what I usually do every sunday. I take up arnis a bit and try to keep myself somewhat active, especially after sitting around the office all week.

Hasn't helped much if you notice the belly.

I gotta do something about that. :p

Ar for the tummy... curl-ups, perhaps? It also helps to hold your tummy in while you're doing your arnis forms.
